There are a lot of stairs and a ledge from outdoor patio to lower lawn so best to leave granny and little kids at home. Tons of fun awaits with pool, shuffleboard, and board games. You are welcome to bring your boat and park in the covered dock. The property has its own boat ramp but it is steep and only for a 4 x 4 and a skilled driver. The public boat ramp is very close by.
