From this pretty quiet oasis, it's very easy to immerse yourself in the happy mood of Trastevere and explore Ancient Rome and at the end of the day, sit on a cozy patio surrounded by a stone wall. Close to bar, restaurants and shops.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!

Ce charmant chalet est situé sur le Monte Argentario, au cœur d'un grand parc ombragé d'oliviers centenaires et de nombreuses plantes méditerranéennes, disposés en terrasses en pente le long de la crête. La vue est imprenable: une mer très bleue parsemée des îles de l'archipel toscan: l'île d'Elbe, Giglio, Montecristo et la Corse. La charmante petite maison est bien organisée et décorée avec les carreaux caractéristiques de Vietri et la terre cuite toscane.
