Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

The Warehouse - Industrial Loft a un style « industriel », il se compose de 2 étages (rez-de-chaussée et 1er étage). Le rez-de-chaussée comprend 2 patios, un salon et une cuisine en open space, 1 chambre et 1 salle de bains avec douche. Le 1er étage dispose d'une chambre avec une mezzanine (avec salon et bureau) et une salle de bains avec douche. Très central, à 500m de la marina. Rue calme avec restaurants très proches. Il y a à côté une maison en construction avec travaux pendant la jounnée.
