Ad 1 km dal casello autostradale di Rioveggio, l'appartamento fa parte della villa in cui abito con la mia famiglia. L'accesso per gli ospiti è indipendente, dalla grande terrazza, senza scale. Nel piazzale condiviso si può parcheggiare l'auto. Appartamento ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. D'estate è sempre fresco, anche senza aria condizionata. Sprovvisto di cucina, ma sono presenti microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffè (con caffè), bollitore e stoviglie.

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze.
