This fun lower house is in a quiet suburban area. Reservations are thoughtfully scheduled to preserve a calm residential experience and support the care of the home. The space sleeps 8 adults in beds, and 4 children on air mattresses. Enjoy access to a full kitchen, game room, bar, gas fireplace, and an adjoining backyard with gardens, pool, hot tub, and grill area. Chanticleer, Valley Forge Park, and Longwood Gardens are nearby. The owners in the upper house will make sure your stay is perfect.

Bridle Pool House Vacation House

Welcome to Lansdale PA, a very peaceful place to relax for the summer. This house is near supermarkets, Lowes, Applebees, Chick-fil-A, Kohl's, CVS, gas stations, Wawa, and the famous Freddy Hills Farm. It's also about 30 mins or so to Philadelphia and Allen Town PA. We are conveniently located right along Sumneytown Pike and five mins to route 476. This house is truly a unique find. There are tons of space to spread out and a massive family/sun room that leads to the very large in ground pool.

The amazing pool is perfectly situated on a bucolic 1-acre property with views of the creek and canal with a short walk to the riverside hiking and biking path. This 1800s bank barn has a 1 bedroom king bed with 1/2 bath connected by a spiral staircase to the downstairs living room featuring a full bath & vintage designer furnishing. The newly renovated one bedroom apartment (that can accommodate up to 5 guests) above the detached garage at Artisan Studios provides a lovely guesthouse retreat. Nestled in the woods in beautiful Chester County, you'll enjoy privacy and seclusion even though you're just a 5 minute drive to anything you could need. We're just 8 miles from the PA Turnpike and only 38 miles (45 minutes to an hour) from Philadelphia. Feel free to bring your pet, as long as they are house broken or litter trained.

'The Garden Studio' Bucks Co./Doylestown/New Hope

Enjoy, walks, kayaking, wineries or horse riding close by. Visit the quaint river towns of NewHope,Frenchtown, Lambertville etc. 15 minutes to Beautiful Lake Galena and Lake Nockamixon, 30 minutes to the Lehigh Valley, 60 to Philadelphia, 90 to New York. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). "The Garden Studio Apartment" and "The Little House" can be combined to accommodate more friends or family. Country fun!

Fully renovated 1870 cottage on the Perkiomen Creek. Great for the outdoor lover! Fish for bass from the backyard, swim in the private in-ground pool, or take a walk or bicycle ride on the 20 mile long Perkiomen Trail, right outside the front door! Green Lane park is close by where you'll find boat rentals, great hiking trails and a beautiful place to picnic. Come home to a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with walk in shower and fire pit for evening relaxation. Age requirement 25+

The Vintage Suite at Park House

Welcome to the Vintage Suite at Park House! The cozy, vintage themed suite features a private entrance and balcony overlooking over two acres of the park-like property. Pet friendly! Dedicated parking that can be seen from the suite. Early check ins: The availability of the Suite prior to the 3PM check in time is unlikely due to the popularity of the Suite. The pool and hot tub are closed for the season. They will be available again in May. Please, no parties or smoking inside!
