Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. Shared entrance into the house, private entrance into the apartment, one off street parking space and a safe 5 to 7 minute walk to our vibrant downtown. Must be able to negotiate stairs as the apartment is on the second floor. 2 night minimum stay and 10 day maximum stay No pets please.

Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
