Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. Use this Hideaway to take advantage of everything Vermont has to offer and relax in the soothing waters of our Hot Tub at the end of the day.

Shared entrance into the house, private entrance into the apartment, one off street parking space and a safe 5 to 7 minute walk to our vibrant downtown. Must be able to negotiate stairs as the apartment is on the second floor. 2 night minimum stay and 10 day maximum stay No pets please.

The Saunahaus is centrally located near the Waterbury Park & Ride and within walking distance to downtown Waterbury. Burlington, Montpelier, Stowe Mountain Resort and Sugarbush are all within a 30 minute drive. The house offers 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, an electric finish style barrel sauna with river access, an infrared sauna located in one of the bedrooms, a gas fireplace, a bbq, two porches and a full kitchen.
