The Sunflower Cottage was perfect! The location was gorgeous and quiet. Charley was able to accommodate for an early check in, which was appreciated! The guest book had great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, but we also enjoyed relaxing in the tiny home and in the private fire pit area. There is also a beautiful sunset watching spot within a 10 minute walk! Thank you, Charley! We will be returning.

Loved it!! This cabin was exactly what we hoped it would be for our honeymoon - very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. We enjoyed majestic views of the mountains in every direction. The cabin was spacious and comfortable. It was a remote location but perfectly situated for our adventures in Telluride, Ridgway, and Ouray yet close enough to Montrose for resupply of essentials and a nice dinner out one evening.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away! The home is absolutely gorgeous — sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and so peaceful. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. After three years of vacations that didn’t go quite right, this trip was everything we had hoped for and more. The location couldn’t have been more perfect — right in Montrose, just a short, easy drive to the breathtaking Ouray Hot Springs and Ridgeway State Park. Every detail in the house was so thoughtfully curated — from the great free perks to the fully stocked kitchen utensils, we felt completely taken care of. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about creating a 5-star experience for their guests. If you're even thinking about booking — DO IT!! You will not regret it. We are already dreaming about

Had a great stay in this adorable tiny home! It was perfect for just me, but could easily sleep 5 people. The kitchen was so cute and seemed well appointed. I loved the location- easy to find and far enough off the road to not be bothered by road noise. The tiny homes are extremely close together, so luckily this one had plenty of curtains for privacy. The bed was comfortable and the AC and fans were really nice for some airflow. I would stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We were there to see the fall colors. Location was perfect as we travelled to several areas to see the leaves changing. House was as described. Although the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, we chose to go into town to try some of the wonderful restaurants available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return again.

Nothing but good things to say about Rene’s place. Situated in a totally unique, rustic camper with direct views of the mountains. Has a grill, kitchen, shower, and fire pit! Really all you could ask for and more in the heart of Colorado wine country. Totally recommend for anyone considering staying in Paonia
