Enjoy outdoor recreation at nearby Monument Lake, North Lake, and Bosque del Oso State Wildlife Area. There is dining and a country store located in Stonewall. Private hiking trails are available on the ranch property. Come see the beauty and abundance of wildlife Stonewall has to offer.

The Koselig Condo

Koselig"(Norwegian) = Cozy (English). Sitting at the base of the Cuchara Mountain Park with hiking, skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing outside the door. Enjoy cool mountain air after a day of hiking or a warm fire after a day of playing in the snow. Walk to the nearby Mercantile for breakfast/lunch or drive into the nearby towns of Cuchara or La Veta for dinner. A comfortable retreat for those seeking time in the wilderness. The Little Restin'. Private and Peaceful.

A comfortable little cabin that's perfect for a couple or small family. It's nestled away for some peace and quiet. the cabin will sleep 6, but is more favorable to 5 or less. 6 will work if you have small children. If youhave larger people, check out The Restin' that is just up the hill. You may hike around the cabin orgo somewhere more public such as the Spanish peaks, North lake or over to Cuchara. The cabin has a queen bed, 4 twins, washer and dryer, 2 decks, a smart TV and WiFi.

Beautiful Chicosa Canyon

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This beautiful and historic getaway is only 15 miles from downtown Trinidad. Nestled in the heart of Chicosa Canyon is filled with wildlife and has many interesting rock formations and stone carvings. Go exploring this 65 acre property that is filled with natural wonders. Also a great place to see ufo's/ uap's in the star filled sky. We are close to the area that was featured on Beyond Skinwalker Ranch three times. Horse hotel now open too.

River's Bend

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!

Wake up to stunning sunrises over Fisher’s Peak at this peaceful cabin just outside Trinidad, Colorado. Enjoy coffee on the deck, quiet mornings, wildlife, and incredibly dark skies where the Milky Way is often visible. A cozy retreat for couples and nature lovers. Monument Lake (<10 min), North Lake (<15 min), Bear Lake, Blue Lake, and Trinidad Lake State Park are all a short distance from the cabin. Enjoy fishing, hiking, and hunting in the comforts of home. The cabin can accommodate up to 10 guests, has wifi, a full kitchen, and an outdoor entertainment space with views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
