Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
