This is a second floor loft apartment in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We are located on a pedestrianised street and Shakespeare’s birthplace is less than 100 yards away. Everything this beautiful town has to offer is right on the doorstep. It’s only a 7 minute flat walk from the train station and there is a taxi rank within a minute’s walk too. The apartment itself is double glazed and very quiet. We’ve just refurbished it throughout (May 2021) and are so excited to start welcoming guests!

A luxury one bed two storey countryside cottage

At Saintbury Grounds Farm we have four self-catering holiday let properties set within the converted outbuildings of our 17th century Cotswold stone farmhouse. Full of charm and character, they are light, comfortable, contemporary spaces, finished and equipped to a very high standard. Can be booked separately or for larger groups of up to 10 people. The house is situated 10 minutes away from Moreton In Marsh, a beautiful cotswolds town with great train links to London, as well as being close to Stratford-Upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace). The village has a great pub which is 1/2 a mile down a single track lane from the studio. Guests will be welcomed by either myself, Jo or Ken.
