Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This guest home is located 15 minutes north of Stephenville and 50 minutes west of Ft. Worth. Kitchen: Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and basic condiments you will need for your stay. Bed: plush top with cozy linens. Roll away twin bed. Outdoor porch: great place for a cup of coffee and wildlife watching. A fire pit and wood are available. No pets on property.
