Relax on cool evenings in our luxurious, very private, 4' deep cedar hot tub nestled in the evergreens, while the moon and stars swirl overhead, the waterfall cuts thru snow into the koi pond, and the fire table and torches blaze. The running stream makes this a wildlife refuge, with tons of birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes and hawks. We are 420 friendly. Come experience the magic and make a special memory!

Experience luxury and historic charm at the Penthouse in the Historic Hobbs. Built in 1892, and restored in 2023, this new one bedroom corner unit offers a panoramic view of the Aurora skyline. Extremely walkable to all Morris has to offer, it is only six blocks from hiking and biking on the historic I&M canal, and boating, fishing, and kayaking on the Illinois River. Head west six blocks and enjoy shopping, delicious and unique dining, and fun festivals and Cruise Nights in beautiful downtown Morris. Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Head to our many state parks, take a boat ride down the Illinois River, be adventurous and skydive at Skydive Chicago and the list goes on. This two-bedroom 1 bath house welcomes you with all the amenities to feel right at home. Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. (1-Queen Bed and 1 full size bed) It has a fully stocked kitchen. washer/dryer and outdoor seating/dining.

We have a cozy one bedroom apartment that is available on the top floor of the home and has its own independent and separate entrance! Comes with free parking on premises; recently renovated; neighborhood is safe and quiet. Shopping center with grocery store, laundry mat and restaurant is available within walking distance! We are only 5 minutes from the expressway I-88 and 10 minutes from Naperville and the outlet mall in Aurora!
