Guest Quarters in Italian Mansion within Fieldston

Beautiful guest quarters in turn of the century Italian Villa in park like setting in Riverdale. We, the hosts, resides at the house and are present during your stay at the house. The guest quarters are part of the mansion and offers a lot of privacy including own kitchen, your own full bathroom, your private living room and a private entrance and terrasse. Close to the 1 train plus private parking. Walking distance to Manhattan college and Horace Mann. 10 min form Manhattan, 25 min from LGA.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

Feel at home at my immaculately kept apartment in the quiet and family-friendly Pelham Gardens community. This walk-in apartment is perfect for your stay! Great location, easy access to public transport (both the 5 and 2 trains as well as the 26 bus are walking distance away)! The Bay Plaza Mall is less than 10 minutes away. There is a local park just across the street, and Pelham Parkway (perfect for casual walks and runners alike) is just a 5-minute walk behind the house.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Lovely tree lined block and close to two major hospitals(Jacobi, Einstein & Calvary) 45-50 minute subway ride to Rockefeller center, Times Square and Central Park. Less than a 10 minute Uber/Taxi ride to the Bronx Zoo and Botanical Gardens. A 10-15 minute walk to subway through a residential neighborhood and tree lined streets. Host of restaurants and eateries in walking distance. A (5-10) min walk to Starbucks.
