Want to get away? This is the perfect place in the beautiful San Luis Valley. Rio Grande river 1/2 mile down the road, nearby horseback riding, atv opportunities, mountains on all sides. Enjoy a visit to The Great Sand Dunes, followed by relaxing at the Hooper Spa and Hot Springs an hour away. Located between Monte Vista and Del Norte. Quiet get awaly with clear skies for phenomenal star gazing. Wolf Creek Ski area famous for its snow conditions 34 miles. Fly fishing spots nearby.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.
