You live in a house from 1900. It has been an old school that has been converted into a detached house. The apartment is located on the 2. floor ( one stairs up from ground) and has its own entrance. We live on the ground floor. The view from the veranda is peaceful and makes you relax. We have good parkingspace for cars and charger for electric cars There are dogs living on the propety, but you will not come in contact with them if you don`t want to. This is an apparment where we welcome dogs

Restaurants, shops, art galleries, theatres, all you need, is only a 2-10 minutes walk from the apartment. And yet the view from the livingroom is a waterfall, and there is also a spa sauna in the area which floates in the sea. Hytta ligger 55 minutter unna Oslo og har tilhørende privat parkering for 2-3 biler på eiendommen. Med vinskap, peisovn og moderne innredning ligger alt til rette for et avslappende opphold. Det er gode turmuligheter i området, blant annet gåtur rundt Brønnerødtjern og skimulighter i Middagsåsen sportssenter.

Romslig og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Boligen har tre soverom og to stuer - en stue med peisovn og direkte utgang til terrasse og en tv-stue som også har piano. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt for matlaging, og det er kaffe og kaffetrakter til fri bruk. Senger vil være ferdig oppredd når gjestene kommer, og det er håndklær på badet. Det er ett bad og i tillegg et separat toalett. Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel er plassert i kjelleren og kan brukes etter egen avtale.
