Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Es gibt genügend private Parkplätze neben dem "Grünen Baum" oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.. Der Sparmarkt gleich in der Nähe hat ein kleines Bistro wo man frühstücken kann.
