Die Unterkunft war super, tolle Lage. Sehr Zentral, die Unterkunft ist nahe der U3 und dem Museumsviertel. Wir konnten sehr viel einfach zu Fuss erledigen. Um die Ecke ist ein Spar Gourmet, und auch ein Burger-Restaurant das wir super fanden (Die Burgermacher). Auch sonst hat es viele Restaurant in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft (wir hatten Franzl) war sauber, und sehr gut ausgestattet (zb. Küche). Das Apartment ist sehr schön, hohe Decken, schöne grosse Kronleuchter, alles tip top, wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Bin öfters in Wien zu besuch. Dieses Apartment gehört zu den top Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für mich persönlich. Kommen sicher wieder. Auch das Check-In problemlos, Clemens hat uns alles erklärt und wir konnten sogar früher ins Apartment. Was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch die Koffer zu deponieren. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert. :-) Wichtig zu wissen: - hat keinen Lift (für uns kein Problem)

Fabulous accomodation !! Lukas and Karin are super super hosts. We have had the most memorable stay especially being my 60th birthday 🎂 🍾 Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a 10 min drive to the train station getting you into the heart of Vienna in about 15-20 mins. Supermarket 5 mins up the road and parking in the street front. Spotlessly clean with all amenities, the most awesome fluffy bath sheets !! Great recommendations and always quick to respond. Ian loved his golf game aswell, thanks Lukas. Highly recommend and would love to return.

Un’esperienza bellissima! Host sempre disponibile. Appartamento impeccabile, servito e a un passo dai trasporti. Il parcheggio coperto e privato una vera opportunità per stare tranquilli. Anche il nostro cane è stato alla grande! Ci tornerei subito e senza indugi.

All of the other reviews are accurate regarding the outstanding apartment and host. The apartment was very spacious including the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We took full advantage of the early checkin time to see a lot of Vienna in 2 days. We were very impressed by the efficient underground U1 that takes you to anywhere in Vienna in just 15-30 minutes, and trains arrive every 5 minutes. We would definitely want to stay there again, and we highly recommend Alois and his apartment to others.

Fantastic stay! Gabriele waited for us in the rain to receive us. We went to the wrong alley and managed to find the correct alley with Gabriele’s instructions. Gabriele welcomed us and gave us an introduction of the home. The home is very clean and neat. Love the sunroof. It’s abt 3-5 mins walk to tram station. Near to supermarket. The surroundings are peaceful. Recommended place to stay when u are in Vienna.

Felix byl skvělý hostitel! I když jsme se opozdili a musel odjet, nechal nám klíče, další ráno nás přivítal a dal nám spoustu tipů na okolí, přítelkyni ukázal koně na jeho pozemku a byl vždy k dispozici, milý a ochotný. Dům KernAlm je perfektní místo na vypadnutí z města, spoustu prostoru na krásném místě s úžasným výhledem na lesy, koně. Úžasný klid a každodenní vstávání za zvuků ptáků, v noci úplná tma a ticho. Můžeme jenom doporučit a rádi se vrátíme. :-)

Рекомендую этот прекрасный дом, очень красивое, тихое место. С красивым садом и беседкой. В доме есть всё необходимое для чудесного отдыха. Попадая в дом вы чувствуете себя как дома и вам не нужно ни о чём беспокоиться . Хозяин Michael очень отзывчивый и приятный в общении человек. Благодарю Michael за наш чудесный отдых в вашем доме!

Die Unterkunft war sehr erholsam, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt, es ist ein Ort zum runterkommen und entschleunigen. Der Garten spendet Ruhe und man hat eine wundervolle Aussicht ins Grüne.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Peters Haus. Danke vielmals an Peter und Ivanka. Die Wohnung liegt äußerst idyllisch und so ruhig wie man es von Skigebieten in den Alpen nicht erwarten würde. Dennoch ist alles, was man benötigt, gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist viel größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, hat alles, was man braucht. Ein absolutes Highlight ist der Kachelofen. Schafft eine angenehme und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Um es kurz zu machen, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ein wundervoller Raum für Retreats und Kurse mit einer ruhigen Atmosphäre mit einem schönen Ausblick. In der Küche ist alles da um sich gut zu versorgen. Der Garten um das Haus ist liebevoll und wirklich schön gestaltet. Der Gartenbereich ist (im Frühjahr) etwas einsehbar, aber es ist auf der kleinen Straße nicht viel los. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne komme ich wieder.

Das Haus von Veronika entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns mit zwei Familien gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war neu, geschmackvoll, es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und eine sehr schöne Landschaft. Veronika war immer schnell für unsere Anliegen erreichbar, freundliche Kommunikation.

Nachdem wir leider schon einmal unseren Aufenthalt bei Birgit & Franz stornieren mussten, hat es diesmal geklappt. Angefangen über die sehr freundliche Kommunikation und den sehr flexiblen Check-in, über das herzliche Willkommen durch die Gastgeber, war die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir durften auch die Fahrräder in dem Carport unterbringen. Da man direkt am Donau-Radweg wohnt, bietet es sich an, mit Fahrrädern anzureisen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt - wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Lieben Dank an die Gastgeber Birgit & Franz.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans l'appartement de Tatiana. L'appartement est vaste et propose tout le confort souhaité. Il y fait calme et est idéal pour une famille avec enfants. Sa localisation est très bonne pour se rendre dans le centre de Vienne à pied ou en tram. La communication avec Tatiana a été parfaite durant tout le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ! Merci pour tout Tatiana !

The apartment was great; modern, stunning views (above the roofs of Vienna) and centrally located right outside the first district. Wilfried was super friendly and very responsive—when the apartment got a little cold we could call him and he instantly increased the temperature. It is definitely worth to rent again next time we’re back.

Lovely apartment, affordable and very aesthetic! A bit of a walk to the centre of town however very worth it as there are some lovely local bars and shops we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. Great host, and great house.

Not just a place to stay. We felt very much part of a "Family".. Christian was so Kind, answered all questions, provided a map of immediate neighbourhood (Bakery, grocery store, coin wash, etc.), mentioned tram tickets...and best ways to use them to get around. Was often there after or before hours to help, called a taxi on last morning, despite foot injury. Above and beyond Hosts! Very nice to have safe in Apartment as in others, Service to Change linens and towels once a week!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato favoloso, tutto perfetto e pulitissimo e Mariella supergentile e ha esaudito ogni nostro bisogno.L' appartemanto corrisponde perfettamente con le foto, super elegante in ogni dettaglio, completo di tutti i confort, la tecnologia spiegata e facile da utilizzare. La vista nella grandissima terrazza arredata e soleggaiata e un vero gioiello e il giardiniere bravissimo ha sistemato x noi piante e tantissimi fiori e ha reso tutto un sogno x godere delle serate e dei tramonti mozzafiato. parcheggio interno comodissimo e la zona servitissima x mezzi e supermercati. sarà un vero piacere tornare x la prossima vacanza

A very nice, spacious, modern apartment with a great location, close to the city center. Convenient spot for exploring the surroundings by bike. The underground parking is a big advantage. Communication with Vesna was easy and pleasant.
