With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Coringa Farm Cottage HC BB hi

Coringa Farm Cottage is the home block of the original 7000 acre Coringa Station, Unique landscape surrounded by nature. Located 5 minutes from Motunau Seaside village, & 10 minutes from Greta Valley Pub & Cafe, Scargill Golf Club & Wedding Venue. This farm runs sheep & cattle, therefore shearing, lambing, weaning, drenching, draughting, training sheep dogs & horses, are operating throughout the year. Guests may explore farm on foot or mountain bike with permission. Welcome to Coringa.

Little House at Little Owl Farm, Gore Bay

Situated on a hilltop with magnificent all-round views of North Canterbury farmland, Gore Bay and the distant Kaikoura ranges, this new self-contained house resides on a small scale organic vegetable farm. This characterful and supremely comfortable abode is double-glazed with a plush 3-seater lounge for taking in the views. There is a cook's kitchen, wood burner, stylish bathroom and outside seating on the deck to check out the speccy evening sunsets. It has wifi and all linen provided.

THE BIRD'S NEST - Secluded getaway!

The Birds Nest is a secluded and boutique cabin nestled amongst the tree tops and away from other houses. This luxury hideaway provides the peace and quiet of nature, whilst maintaining close proximity to all that the city and suburbs has to offer. Some highlights include relaxing in our private hot tub watching the sun set, strolls along the banks of the Heathcote river, and afternoon gelato just around the corner. Shearers Quarters on farm, Motunau Beach Rd

On a farm but just a few mins off SH1 and from the beach. Simple yet cosy & comfortable and loved by our family. Ideal for time out, wedding accommodation or a stop over. Handy to local wedding venue 4km away. We can do a drop-off to weddings. Just $100 for 1 person (except peak season), thereafter each person is $45 pp and children $40 (we adjust once booked). Prices are intentionally kept low so anyone can come here. No wifi in this building, however, there is from our nearby.

Our Wine Pod, a beautiful Tiny House, sits privately nestled on the Georges Road Winery & Vineyard, with panoramic views across the vines to the hills & alps beyond. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars, relax on the deck, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting up at the Winery, use our complimentary bikes to explore the area, with kitchen and bbq (bring your own supplies or purchase local antipasto fare at our Cellar Door), luxury bedding, bluetooth sound and with breakfast included.

Mariners Cabin: Your seaside escape

Mariners Cabin is a modern and minimalist retreat situated in picturesque Cass Bay, perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for a serene escape. This cabin (12 square meters in size) is suspended in the trees, offers the best proximity to beach views, an outdoor bath, barbecue, and a romantic outdoor dining area. It also features an authentic wood burner, ensuring warmth and coziness during chilly nights, while the comfortable double bed provides a restful night's sleep.

Our Lyttel Whare (house) is a brand new, architecturally designed tiny home, thoughtfully located and decorated to maximise stunning harbour and hill views and to reflect our funky Lyttelton vibe. With access to a range of local walks, markets, eateries and activities, a break away will leave you feeling enriched and indulged with great memories to take with you. We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Cosy Motunau Cottage

Warm, cosy and comfortable cottage, situated near the peaceful Motunau village, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. Private outdoor space. Spectacular views over the ocean and plenty of room to turn a boat. We are an hour north of Christchurch, 30min from the Hurunui Mouth taking the scenic route and close to great local wineries. Beach access is 2km from the cottage. Guests are welcome to walk in our gully or interact with our alpacas.
