Nearby Republic hosts restaurants, shopping, grocery options, microbrewery/saloons and Stonerose Fossil site. Nov-March AWD needed to access.

Peace in the Trees

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. No cell phone service so you can really disconnect. Go for a hike, or snowshoe just outside the door. If you feel adventurous take a drive to the wineries minutes away, or up to Apex ski hill 21 km away. If you are visiting during winter months, good winter tires are recommended. Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.
