Included is off street parking and a private balcony. Located within walking distance to restaurants and businesses. It’s a 20 minute drive to Clinton, IA or Sterling/Rock Falls, IL.

Beautifully restored 1892 apartment in the heart of Morrison's national historic district offers Victorian elegance with many modern conveniences. The 800 sq ft apartment includes original Doug Fir flooring, 10 ft high ceilings, pocket doors, claw-foot tub, custom cabinets and cherry island.
