Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. Nature at its best will offer views of incredible sea lions while out on your beach walk but be mindful to respect their space for your safety and theirs. Accommodation suitable for adults only. If you do not drive and will be taking buses this might not be suitable accommodation.

This studio room features a queen bed and a single bed, an en-suite bathroom and kitchen facilities (please see house rules for restrictions) along with a high standard of comfort provided by double-glazed windows and doors, full insulation and a heatpump to keep you comfortable during the colder part of the year. There is an adjacent studio very similar in set-up but with just one queen bed. Off-street car parking is available right outside the space.

Modern St Clair Townhouse

Surround yourself with style in this standout recently built townhouse. Downstairs, relax in the open plan kitchen and living room, with a private patio to enjoy a coffee or wine outside. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, the other with Twin singles. Each room has its own bathroom. Located in St Clair, it's a quick bus ride or drive into town. Or take a short (flat!) walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.
