With its own secluded pathway, and detached from the main house, it offers as much privacy as desired. Once inside however, its 16ft vaulted ceiling and sunlit open-plan living area surprises with a sense of spaciousness and comfort. Its inner SE location is walking distance to Division St. restaurants and cafes, food carts, parks and playgrounds, as well as being a "biker's paradise".

Nice deck with views of Mt. Hood. Large back yard with two fire pits, one gas and one wood. Use of grill for summer grillin'. Easy access to downtown, 3 to 5 minute walk to two major bus lines that run late (one is 24 / 7). Close to beautiful Mt. Tabor Park. Please note I live in this property when not rented.
