Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Property in beautiful Mountain Green Utah with nearby access to all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, golf and swimming. The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Private Mountain Loft-Lake less than 5 min away

Take it easy at this newly constructed tranquil mountain getaway. Located at the base of Nordic Mountain Ski resort, there are plenty of things to do. Two other major ski resorts are less than 30 min away. During the summer enjoy the beautiful lake that's only a couple miles down the road, or world class mountain biking trails, hiking trails, dirt biking, boating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling....it's a mountain paradise. The lake also has a paved trail you can walk or bike and enjoy the sunsets.

This unique place has a style all its own. Wake up in our studio apartment feeling like you slept in the trees. Located on Ogden’s Wasatch bench, you are close to the trails or essential necessities. If you want to just relax, there are plenty of restaurants just down the canyon. There's lots to do in this beautiful valley. Snowbasin ski resort is a short 20 minute drive from here. There are lakes & reservoirs in every direction for your water sports. Hiking trails are everywhere.

Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
