Farmhouse @ Tres Molinos

We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. TM is horse friendly w/stalls & arena, contact us for more information.

Hill Country Cabin

Hill Country Cabin 5 fenced acres pets welcome. When bringing a pet not well behaved please let me know in advance all good. Relax in the Hot Tub or cool off in the 8 foot filtered galvanized pool. Enjoy the fire pit sun sets and star gazing. There's a deck or screened porch where you can enjoy your morning and watch nature waking. There is a fridge, gas griddle, charcoal grill, electric griddle, microwave, portable oven and 2 burner hot plate. Along with everything you'll need to cook with.

The Avery House - A quiet hill country retreat

Welcome to the modern cabin in the hills. #TheAveryHouse is right outside of Kerrville and about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg wineries! The Guadalupe River is a short 8 minutes away. Camping, water sports, hiking, fishing, food and wine are all within a short drive from this 600 sq ft modern tiny home. Come unplug with the sounds of nature and room to stretch out on an oversized deck. Enjoy some quality time around the camp fire, & really connect with those you love in this unique retreat.

Or, just hide away and enjoy a quite weekend. Wander through the charming neighborhood to the top of Mt. Wesley and catch a breathtaking sunset.

The Get-Away @ The Starkey House is a 2 bedroom semi-attached bungalow with a private entrance, hot tub, outdoor shower, bikes, fire pit, gas grill, fenced yard, outdoor games, king memory foam mattresses, well-appointed kitchen, laundry, open concept living/dining/kitchen, & so much more just steps from the Kerrville River Trail, the Guadalupe River & mere blocks from our Historic Downtown filled with coffee shops, cafes, & shopping. Long term stays incur a $100 cleaning every two weeks.

Ingram Carriage House - a Secluded Country Getaway

Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. FuboTV, a DVD player, a stereo system, breakfast, coffee and bottled water are provided. Property is gated with keyless entry to the Carriage House.

This spacious 750 sq. ft one bedroom apartment is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for two or bring the family (sleeps up to 6). Enjoy the full kitchen, bath, and living room as your home away from home. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the hills along the Guadalupe from this second story cottage overlooking 5+ acres with mature shade trees. Porch with barbecue and fire ring available upon request.
