We are so excited to invite you to stay in our sweet little classic cottage, nestled in the heart of Elizabeth City's historic district. 1201 Church Street is surrounded by some of the original Elizabeth City homes dating all the way back to the late 1700s. We fell in love with the charm of the area combined with all of the up-and-coming attractions nearby. Our cottage is close to all of the new downtown breweries, wine bars, trendy restaurants, and waterfront district.

This is a beautiful modern, comfortable, and cozy one bedroom apartment located on the second floor above the car garage. While relaxing or vacationing just know that this apartment is centrally located to Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Outer banks N.C. museums, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch garden, Water Country USA and many restaurant. This apartment is attached to the main home with a dedicated private entrance. This location is safe and private for our guest.

We have a private pond located on one end of the property and the creek comes up to the other end. Great for launching your canoe or kayak there. Northwest River Marsh Game lands are located nearby. There will be free use of the boat ramp about half of mile away for your bigger water toys, hunting game lands and fishing.
