A perfect place to spend some time relaxing, with breathtaking sea views, communal wooden stairway that leads down to the beach, communal swimming pool and Ninho's Pub and Restaurant also situated on the estate and is within walking distance of the house. 4x4 Vehicle is Essential, for driving around the sand roads in Ponta Do Ouro & Ponta Malongane.

The bungalow, ideally located in front of the coconut grove, features 3 rooms : 1 en-suite bathroom and 2 simple rooms (2 simple beds per room). Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and sink. You will enjoy a private salon: open the large glass doors and you will have your own private terrace and barbecue in the nature! Ancha’s oasis is a real one, at a 20 minutes drive from Maputo Centre. In just minutes you are on the ring road to the main highway. Located on a 1-hectare plot in a pleasant garden there is a free-standing house with 3 suites. The suite has two rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a TV, fridge, microwave, and an exit to a private terrace. In the garden, there is a majestic swimming pool with a separate cozy bath for the kids. Two bedroom cottage with shady yard in safe quiet area (Sommerschield / Polana Canico). Ten mins walk from beach. Cafes and bars close by. 5 mins taxi from centre of Maputo. Price includes night watchman. Maid to cook, clean, wash clothes, shop for food etc. can be organised if required, and guests pay her directly. Guests pay electricity by buying credit. A combined broadband Wifi and TV package will be connected as per guest needs at cost of $3.00 per day.
