Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. The apartments are located in Old Tbilisi on Ivane Machabeli Street, near Freedom Square. The historic building from the second half of the 19th century, designed in Neo-Moorish style, preserves the authentic spirit of the city. Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.
