With space for up to four guests, it features a double bed, futon, two loft beds, kitchenette (mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, hot plate), potable water; dispenser, TV with DVDs; games, a private compost-toilet outhouse, and a private outdoor fire pit, picnic area. Located steps from the playground and main lodge, it gives both family-friendly access and privacy. Service animals permitted.

Sorsele Hus is a bright, cozy two-bedroom cottage fronting directly onto Pigeon Lake. Built over 80 years ago, it has been lovingly restored to honour its original Swedish owners. The large wrap-around deck with a gas firepit opens onto a lawn next to the beach. There is public green space right next door for tossing a frisbee or kicking a ball around. The cottage is just an hour's drive from Edmonton or within cycling distance for those looking for a bicycle vacation.

The Saloon at Lazy M Ranch

Bison ranch, just 10-15 minutes from Sherwood Park and Edmonton. Stay at the saloon, newly built within the last few years. Walking trails and authentic ranch experience. Take in the big skies, have a fire and enjoy all the city creature comforts. Gourmet kitchen with all top end appliances plus a BBQ out back.
