Large fenced backyard for our pups. Great size rooms, spotlessly clean. Has everything you need to feel right at home. Neighborhood is very quiet. Even has a game room. The host went above a beyond to make our stay pleasant.

Very responsive host. Property and amenities were as described. The host had many additional things in the kitchen /bathroom that made our stay more enjoyable (make up removers, Cotton balls, spices, etc.) We were able to do a bunch of laundry which was huge for a family with kids. Overall, we had a nice stay and the location was fantastic.

This is the second property we've stayed at hosted by Elizabeth. Elizabeth is an excellent host- she is very responsive to all queries and requests and her homes are immaculately clean and welcoming when you arrive. The Oak Hill property is located in a residential neighborhood. We found it to be very quiet and had no issues with dogs barking (as other reviewers mentioned). The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. The beds are firm and comfortable, as are the linens. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Dave was great! Check-in was super easy, the place is very nice, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, and if you have questions he's very responsive. Would stay again!

My friends and I met at Anita’s place, it was perfectly located halfway between my home in South Carolina and my friend’s homes in Pennsylvania. Anita’s back to the fifties home was exactly what we were looking for. My friends and I try to get together every spring and every fall, and we will most likely return to Anita’s place in the future. We are all cat lovers, so Elvis and his friends the were an added bonus for us!! We also enjoyed watching deer, in the back yard in the evenings!! Loved reading about the history of the family and the home that was displayed throughout the home!! We had a fabulous time!

This is the perfect spot for a bachelor party weekend. We came out to do some white water rafting, so the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub, outdoor grill setup is top notch. Our only criticism is that the kitchen is a bit of a wreck with a ton of water leaking out of the fridge and a heck of a lot of mold growing under the sink. That doesn't bother 9 guys on a rafting trip, though. Absolutely would come back!

This home was spotless and everything seemed brand-new. Chelsea provided excellent restaurant AND activity recommendations and went above and beyond when we asked for recommendations on how to celebrate our son’s bday in the area. The snacks were such a nice welcome surprise and were just what we needed after a long road trip. The house was so convenient to rafting, hiking, restaurants, coffee shops, and the New River Gorge bridge and NP visitor center. We HIGHLY recommend this property when visiting the New River Gorge Nat’l Park!!

Our hosts were very responsive and friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable.
