Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. The Cunningham - Unit 1

Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization and we are happy to be a part of that with the renovation of The Cunningham!

Inside-Shoot some pool on the 1800's pool table, pull out a board game with the family, or just relax in the four-season sunroom while watching the sunset. Enjoy Lake Time!

Welcome to this beautiful property located next to Ball State University! This property is close to the hospital, BSU campus, and athletic venues. The main floor has a queen bedroom, full bedroom, and full bathroom. Upstairs, there are two twin beds and plenty of space and all rooms are equipped with a TV. The home has a washer and dryer and has a fenced-in backyard. Located near McGalliard and Wheeling, you have easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, and other essential locations.

This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. We've provided the basics so that it can be your home away from home: fully functioning kitchen, coffee options, hi speed internet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soaps, bedding, xfinity flex with tv, and board games. 1/2 mile to shops & dining or a walk along the river, 1 mile to BSU. Close the day grilling out while you watch the gorgeous sunset.

You’ll think you are in the country when you arrive at our peaceful 10 acre property right in Muncie. Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is a quaint, rustic cabin like space with private outdoor area. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs).
