This lovely little retreat will not disappoint. I think you will find it to be a relaxing and comfortable place to spend your time in Muncie. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

Property improvements coming in spring/summer of 2024. Deck re-sufacing, patio furniture, propane grill ,furniture and interior decore!!!

Looking out the picture window or sitting on the deck, you will likely see our horses grazing.
