This was the family’s second stay with Sara at Grace Farm. We love the well stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the crew, the beds are comfy, three bathrooms is definitely a plus, and there are places for small groups to have conversations and catch up without talking over others. We love meeting in this lovely setting.

Wonderful stay! Details through out the home are so thoughtful. Was so comfortable, felt like home! Provided all the things you need!

My family and I had such a good time on our trip and staying at Jennifer’s!!! We felt right at home, it was clean, had everything we needed, and more. Jennifer responded to any questions I had right away and was absolutely delightful and kind. ❤️❤️ Thank you for such a pleasant stay!!

Nice and close to Ball State. Bed was cozy. Coffee available. Kitchen is well equipped if you wanted to cook. Living room spacious and comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Clear instructions. Have stayed before and would definitely stay again.

This is a very beautiful place inside and out!! Very spacious inside. Very clean. Outside the large deck overlooking a pond with wooded area behind it was very relaxing. The sound of birds chirping and the frogs croaking just set the vibe.

This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all we needed for cooking and eating (kitchen was huge, and fridge was very clean, looked brand new). Plenty of bathrooms, and there were more than enough towels (which was nice). Bedrooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. We had no complaints!

It’s really a great place to stay . Nice and clean . Great outdoor view and playgrounds My family and I really enjoyed the place . And more importantly the owner was really nice and friendly. Once again it’s a really a great place ❤️

Nicole’s cabin was truly a great place to just breathe and relax. Their property is so beautiful. Being able to sit on the swing on the front porch and just relax and having the hot tub to decompress is exactly what was needed, even if only for one night. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever up that direction.
