The house is located on the edge of the village of Villaputzu in a very quiet location and beautiful nature, is 10 minutes by car from Porto Corallo beach and 1 hour from Cagliari airport . The market, restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes walking. The house is newly built and fully furnished, in the kitchen you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils , as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful 4 Bedroom Villa in the beautiful part of Sardinia. This unique, spacious home boasting 4 en-suite bedrooms. 3 Rooms with king-sized beds and 1 Room with Twin Beds. Open plan kitchen and lounge area with a fire place. Over looking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an outdoor BBQ grill, large garden, swimming pool and a whirlpool (not heated). 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach.

Casa Cannas - Sardinian House (iun P5660)

A real sardinian "casa campidanese" in the middle of a little town. Casa Cannas was the house of my great uncle Giovanni. Built in the 40s, with traditional furniture but with all the comforts, garden with car spot, in a little street in Villaputzu, 10 minutes from Porto Corallo, 15 from the wild Murtas beach and about 30 minutes from the famous Castiadas and Villasimius beaches.

La Villa Buongusto est indépendante et meublée avec goût. La maison est à seulement 300 mètres de la plage. Avec ses 10 km de sable blanc, Costa Rei est l'une des plus belles baies de la Méditerranée et, comme l'affirme le guide Lonely Planet, même du monde. La plage est blanche, l'eau est limpide et le fond marin est très peu profond - idéal pour les enfants.
