Our river shack is elevated providing beautiful river and country views. Large out door deck with SPA,out door fire and table tennis table. We also have a telescope for star gazing. Our fully renovated three bedroom Cottage on the picturesque Maragle Creek provides the perfect location for resting, walking, birdwatching, fishing and platypus viewing. Visit Tumbarumba Rail Trail,Paddy's River Falls, Hume & Hovell Trackheads, Sculpture Trail,Southern Cloud Lookout, Mt Selwyn Snowfield & Upper Murray drives. Modern additions to the Cottage include central heating, wifi, fully equipped new kitchen, BBQ & fire pit. Sadly we can't accept children under 12 yrs of age or hunters.

We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

If you like beautiful views from the lounge or terrace having your morning/afternoon coffee, tea, a glass of wine and relaxing, then this is an ideal home to relax or go fishing, swimming, hiking and bicycle riding. Located in a quiet street.

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need. Se clusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry makes this place unique. Situated between Melbourne and Canberra/Sydney. An ideal stop over. Located close to the snow, wineries, gourmet region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a simple home cooked limited menu if available. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. $15 per pet per /night. A private spa is available, $35 for 2 nights.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Waterfront Bliss

Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat.
