Muscat is geologically a wide city with things to do almost anywhere. This is why it was strategically important to get a place somehow in the middle from which you can get almost anywhere within minutes by car. Being next to the beach inside a modern apartment building Mahir's Airbnb fits this need perfectly. The check-in is as good as it gets and the apartment is absolutely perfect since it has everything you might need and looks and feels completely fresh. Some things to mention are of course highest standard products, a very comfortable bed, a very cozy couch, a view of Muscat from the 7th floor, a generous amount of beverages and snacks, a really uncomplicated way of getting rid of trash and a well organized and communicative host. We loved it! Thank you!

The host accepted my booking on last minute and was very responsive and addressed all queries promptly. The place was clean and spacious and had all facilities. You need a car to get around of course and I recommend cooking at the place as the infrastructure around is still developing. There is one good restaurant, but it’s a beach club. Overall it was worth the money, and it’s a beautiful area. I recommend using public beach in Sifah and it’s great to disconnect, rest.

The accommodation is located in a closed complex. The house is on 2 floors. On the ground floor is the entrance hall. On the 1st floor you have 1 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, the kitchen and the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a room with a washing machine. The pool and jacuzzi are located in the garden next to the house. The house is functional, but you'll need a car to get around. The neighborhood is very quiet. The host is very responsive to messages. Check-in and check-out are very easy.

The flat and location is great! The place provides great privacy, peace, beautiful gardens and a wonderful, clean swimming pool with very warm water, we have never spent so much time in the water on holiday. Walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The beach itself is beautiful, with deck chairs, you can walk around. Right next to the beach, the fantastic Jumeirah Hotel with restaurants where you can eat truly unique meals and desserts. We highly recommend this place, but we also recommend renting a car (e.g. Europcar). Saleh is very communicative, answers all questions within a few minutes. He is very flexible with check-in times and will do everything to make your stay in Oman very enjoyable. We highly recommend ten apartments, it is very clean and spacious. Our holiday in Oman is an unforgettable experience!

Yousef was a kind and gracious host. He was very quick to resolve an issue with the bed which had been broken by the previous guest. Almost immediately after informing Yousef, he attended the property and had the bed, frame and mattress replaced within hours. i roughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this property.

Definitely worth the visit, prime location and exceptional host, ready to accommodate to your needs and is also a very friendly and helpful host. The place is everything as mentioned and then some.
