A truly beautiful Air Bnb - spent a wonderful few nights here and only wish it was more. Chris has built a really special place, watching the seals from the sofa or sitting out on the picnic table watching the sunrise, there's always something to see. A great place in a great location, will be back!

We spent 3 nights in this amazing, cozy, elegant and private chalet. Waking up and having breakfast with sheep just outside the window, looking at outstanding views during the day and breathtaking skies full of stars at night, what a dream! Marci’s chalet looks exactly like in the pictures and it has all the comforts and amenities needed, it feels just like a home away from home! Marci has been a very nice, helpful and responsive host and did everything to make our stay even more comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will love to come back at some point! Thank you for this amazing experience!

Utterly breathtaking views. A few little houses along the road but you still feel like you’re right on the edge of the world or another planet. Donald and Katy were so friendly and had left some little supplies which were so thoughtful. Loved chatting to them! The place was clean and beautifully comfortable, especially the beds and the hot shower after a long day exploring the islands. Would love to be back one day!

Our second visit to Mora certainly lived up to our expectations. Mora is very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay and is spotlessly clean for your arrival. We can highly recommend Mora to ayone looking for accommodation in our beautiful island. Thank you, again, Morag. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the opportunity to catch up with family and friends. We will be back!

The chalet is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, well stocked kitchen, very cosy and very comfortable. I had a late check in but Fiona had given me clear instructions on how to get in, the lights and heating were on and even the electric blanket was warming my bed. Bliss. Fiona’s a very good host. She introduced herself and messaged me letting me know she was there if there was anything at all I needed. I had a great relaxing week. I loved it and would certainly recommend this chalet in Shawbost to anyone heading to the Isle of Lewis.

Simply incredible. We travel the world for work and this may be our favorite Airbnb ever. Comfortable bed, private, quiet. The value is fantastic, the location is heaven. If you don’t mind staying outside of town, it’s so worth it. The photos don’t do this place justice. We used this as a hub to explore Skye and we loved coming “home” to this place. On a clear night you could see an unbelievable amount of stars, and if you’re lucky you can catch the Aurora! Don’t hesitate to book, it’s a wonderful stay at a great price. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good place with convenience to city centre. Very nice view of the mountains as well as sufficient parking space. Quite clean setup in the house.

Our stay was just wonderful. The cottage is so comfortable and cozy, the views are sublime and Donald and Peggy were such wonderful and helpful hosts. Donald suggested some nearby hikes that we really enjoyed. The photos on the website really don’t do justice to the beauty of the landscape. Not only did we enjoy soaking up the views, but watching Sammy and Jake in the yard. It was such a pleasure meeting and getting to know Donald and Peggy, that we were sad to have to part ways.
