House is situated on main road so called "Devi Road", Kotdwar is famous for its several temples like the Siddhbali temple which is located at a distance of 2 kms from my house. The Durga Devi temple is also located at a distance of 13 kms from my house and is one of the most popular temples of the region. Also place to visit Jim Corbett National Park, Kanvashram, the entrace point of the famous hill station Lansdown etc. My place is also well connected to the railway station.

The Luxe Life apartment sits on the ground floor. The living space has a stunning sitting room and dining area. The space is furnished with comfy sofas, ottomans, a chaise longue and a TV. The first bedroom has a large platform bed with reading lights, bedside tables, a cosy armchair and two chests of drawers. The second bedroom is a study in black, white and yellow. It has a king-sized bed, a large workstation, bookshelves and a wardrobe. Both rooms have attached bathrooms.
