That a nice apartment that I think I should be back for the next bussiness trip. all facilities inside was clean and host suport to fast to anwer any mess when I need. Nearby also have a lake, it nice for walking in the night time and enviroment around GreenBay is clean, air also, no noisy and very privacy Many thanks 🙏🏻 I will offer more my friends

S3에 처음 숙박해봤습니다. 안쪽에 위치해서 도로소음이 확실히 덜했습니다. 독립된 건물이라 보다 더 집같은 느낌이었습니다. 호스트님 응대는 매우 신속하고 빨랐습니다. 특히 한국어로 직접 소통할수 있어서 무척 편했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했으며, 주방과 욕실도 깔끔하게 준비되어있어서 매우 기분좋은 여행이었습니다.

소통이잘되는 호스트님 최고입니다.

Host was super fast to respond to all my texts. The place itself is great. Amazing view and friendly staff. Be sure to try all the restaurants in the green bay complex, they're all delicious and cheap. I'll definitely be back Hanoi and hope to stay here again.

하노이 미딩 지역 근처라 조용하고 교통편이 매우편리하였습니다. 저녁에는 조용하여 편히 쉴수 있었습니다. 숙소 안은 깔끔하고 세련된 디자인이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 요리를 해먹을 수 있도록 제품이 모두 구성되어 있어 편리하였습니다. 또한 궁금한 사항은 슈퍼호스트가 빠르게 답변해줘 좋았습니다. 매우 만족하고 다음 여행에도 방문하고 싶습니다.

Really nice place to stay in Hanoi. We were a little worried that there wouldn’t be much to do due to its location but there was lots to do nearby and only a 30 min taxi into the city centre. Really friendly and responsive host, I would recommend!

This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

Phung ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer schnell erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Zimmer ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Lage top. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Great location . Plenty of space and own room . The communal area was lovely to chill out in . Very flexible either way check in and check out .

We had a terrific stay! The place is fantastic: clean, bright, and comfortable. The common area and primary bedroom are especially roomy and the two smaller bedrooms are cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location of the flat is ideal. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful. On an unexpectedly cold morning, I asked about extra blankets, which were delivered within the hour. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location in Hanoi.

Rosie’s place was so wonderful that my friends and I decided to stay for a couple extra days. Rosie was very welcoming and accommodating for our itinerary change. She included us in the first full moon celebration with delicious sweets and fruits delivered to our place. Thanks for included us Rosie. The only thing I forgot in my previous review was to mention how great it was to have a washing machine for laundry. Works well and very clean. Each room 101/201/301 have patios with furniture for sitting to enjoy coffee with friends. The top deck 301 was a perfect get together place for my friends and I. We spent a few hours here hanging out and enjoying the street views of Hanoi :-)

great place to stay. it is a building with 4 small bedrooms right in the center of hanoi. just a few steps from the main roads. i can easily go to many famous tourist attractions of hanoi. near hoan kiem lake, church... no elevator, soft mattress. the house is very clean. there will be a little dust on the balcony but the house is clean if the door is closed. the host is friendly and gives detailed instructions even though i arrived a bit late to check in. if i come back to hanoi i will stay here again.

Die Ersatz-Wohnung entsprach dem zuvor verschriebenen Standart, war liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Haus, der Pool und die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Anreise war wegen eines Wasserschadens etwas holprig, die Adressänderung kam erst als wir mit dem Taxi unterwegs waren und führte zu Verwirrung und Mehrkosten.Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht in der Situation. Für die 5l Trinkwasser, welche auf unsere Bitte hin zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, wegen der späten Anreise, wurde bei Abreise der doppelte Ladenpreis verlangt. Das Bett mag lokalen Ansprüchen genügen, für Europäer ist die steinharte Masratze auch mit Aufleger eine Zumutung. Die Küchenaustattung ist sehr minimalistisch und sollte erweitert werden für eine gute Nutzbarkeit. Bei 7 Nächten wurden die benutzten weißen Handtücher nicht gewechselt aber als zu schmutzig bemängelt, mit dem Hinweis es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Für mich als Gast bisher unüblich.
