This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

The space Sleeps x 2 1 king size bed , 1 bathroom , work station , draws , small hanging space , tea/coffee facilities. Please note no cooking facilities . Access to downstairs were there is a pool table , tv & games machine .
