Cozy Private Bedroom in quiet neighborhood

My home is quaint and has proven to be ideal for medical students doing rotations at the many major hospitals in the area. With access to the kitchen & studying in the well lit dining room, many residents have enjoyed staying here. The house is located on a dead end road w/ plenty of free street parking . During the pandemic I am only hosting people in the medical field and/or medical students. I am fully vaccinated but cannot afford to get Covid and have to be quaranteened and miss work.

We welcome you to our home situated within a quaint neighborhood. Morgan Park is 5 minutes by foot, with shaded trails, picnic tables, a playground, and a quiet beach. This is our primary residence and we often work from home, so we will be around to help you with anything you may need. We also have an active toddler, so be ready for cuteness overload, but also a few cries. But rest assured that the room for rent is on the lower level and fairly insulated from noise.
