Canapeaua din sufragerie are 3 metri lungime, spațioasă și potrivita pentru dormit, televizorul are o diagonala generoasa, iar bucătăria este gândită pentru a veni în ajutorul oaspeților, cu mașina de spălat vase, rufe și frigider.
