Unplug in this peaceful little getaway. Nestled in the backyard of our little hobby farm near the Wood River, you will be able to visit our alpacas, goat, or honey bees. Sit and relax on the porch, or stroll through the pasture or neighborhood. In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Welcome to…The River. If you’re looking for solitude, masses of birds and a cool dip in a river, then this Loup River cabin and acreage may be just the ticket. Located in farmland but not far from the village of Dannebrog, where you’ll find great pizza and fresh baked goods. There is also a fine grocery store with all the essentials. If you need a bit of retail therapy, Grand Island is only 20 minutes away. There you will find most everything including the Crane Trust, a crane sanctuary.

The calm, peaceful, rural atmosphere is near the North Platte River, yet close to many attractions and amenities. We have 2 (friendly) free range Lab dogs. To help safeguard our guests, after our customary deep clean between guests, we go back & sanitize anything you might touch, including remotes, light switches, doorknobs, and more. Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

RimRock Ranch - Cabin

RimRock Ranch has a 2-bedroom with a loft modular cabin. We want to cordially invite hunters & vacationers visiting northwest Nebraska. Our 800-acre ranch borders Ft. Robinson State Park with access points. We offer seasonal pheasant and chukar hunting for those upland bird hunting enthusiasts. We added a Coolbot walk-in cooler and gazebo. Our ranch house is in the vicinity of the cabin, we treat guests like family.

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.
