We boekten voor 5 nachten maar bleven er 9. Het grote terras met goede zit- en eetplaats en de keuken zijn een meerwaarde als je wat minder mobiel bent (we waren herstellende van een ongeluk). Het een ontzettend rustige plek (dus goed geslapen) en toch vlakbij San Juan. Het is een prachtig huisje en hebt altijd het gevoel buiten en midden in de natuur te zijn.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich super. Das Preis Leistungsverhähltniss war super. Der Host war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei allen Anliegen weitergeholfen. In der Umgebung sind viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu Fuß zu unternehmen und es ist nah an Mactan Newton. In der Unterkunft ist alles was man benötigt. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die ich so noch in keiner Unterkunft gesehen habe und ebenfalls ein Unterhaltungsprogramm. Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!

vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend Ma'am Belle’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu and will definitely choose her place again on our next trip!

Merlinda's place is truly such a gem. We were shocked by how squeaky clean each area was, specifically the kitchen and the bathroom. The host and caretakers were all extremely friendly and flexible. The location is very convenient across the port, tourist spots, groceries, etc. Will surely book again once we go back to Bohol and I highly recommend everyone to stay at Merlinda's house.

Kevin and David are a great host. Our supposed to be check in at 2:00 PM but they were kind enough to let us drop off our things and store it in a safe plus as early as 9:00 AM. David was very accommodating, he toured us to the house and informed us everthing that we need to know during our stay. The entire house is very clean, and very comfy. We all had a very good night sleep because we got everything we needed, very cool aircondition, perfectly smelled linens and towels, thick blankets, soft pillows and very comfortable bed. The swimming pool is clean and well-maintained plus, it is surrounded by fish ponds and a beautiful garden. In the veranda, we can see the very beautiful view of the seas and mountains of Dauis, no wonder that the place is called Terrace House because it does have a perfect view from the terrace. And lastly, Allen drove us to the port and was very kind and accommodating. We will surely book Terrace House unto our next Bohol trip!

We had a good stay for a week, the barangay we were in was really quiet. The aircon was cold, and the parking was great with a gate. Their are local food options right outside on the street and stores really close if you need anything. All local pinoy places! we did eat at Lawntaw up the road from the house.. soooo good! I would be happy to come again.

awesome stay, the place reached our expectation. the care taker is very helpful and extend her time to assist our senior citizen companions . we're very happy. we'll definitely consider the place on our next return in Iloilo. 💖💖💖

Its my 2nd stay as i was highly satisfied with my previous stay. Very responsive host. The unit was beautiful with an excellent hot shower , AC works great , Watching Netflix just right in front of the comfy bed was amazingly entertaining.

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

Fourth time at Gloria's place. Pretty much says it all. Great little studio with easy access to Dumagette city. Will be back again.

We had a nice stay at Jose place, the room looked like the pictures. very quiet at the 16 floor, alot of restraunt and places to eat within walking distance. We were even granted an early check in wich we appreciated so much. Will stay again if in the area.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…

Rooms 1 and 2 are so nice. it really feels like home. Bathroom are so clean. We had a grand time at your place. Can I make a suggestion, maybe you can place a dispenser (mas economical) for both hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Also I hope you can provide hand towels and brooms with dustpan insight so that we can also do our share in cleaning. Overall, we're glad we saw ur place in Air BNB. Thank you so much . Das Airbnb ist etwas abseits vom ganzen Trubel gelegen, was jedoch nicht unbedingt ein Nachteil ist. Es ist ruhig und man kann super entspannen und abschalten! In der Umgebung ist wenig los. Zum Essen etc. kann man kurz ins Zentrum fahren. Wenn man einen Roller mietet, kommt man in ca. 5-10 Minuten ins Zentrum mit allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Zum White Beach sind es auch nur ca. 10 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist super, das Zimmer groß und sehr sauber. Zudem hat man eine kleine Terrasse, auf der man es sich morgens und abends gemütlich machen kann. Man hat zudem einen kleinen privaten Strandzugang (kein Sandstrand), der super zum Schnorcheln ist. Das Personal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Auch Jun, den ich vor Ort getroffen habe, war super freundlich, nett und hat mir Tipps gegeben für die weitere Reise. Der Checkout war äußerst flexibel. Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle! Die Unterkunft kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Host was really responsive, every inquiry was replied in a very short time. It was very hot and humid that time of our stay, so aircon cannot keep up with it, but during the night it was very cold so it was clear airconditioner was functioning well. Place was kinda far from the usual spots visited, but sari sari store was available just outside the gate. In terms of amenities, it was what we expected, and we had no problem with water. Refrigerator and Netflix was a big plus to us. Overall, it was a nice stay for us, and is highly recommended to 3-5 pax travellers in Olango.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

My Family liked the place and is already planning for future visits. Jonah was very responsive. Worth every cent
