Beautiful, new apartment. Great communication. Wonderful location in CBD. Only issue was, particularly over the weekend, apartment building fronts two party pubs with outdoor seating. Either join them or bring ear plugs- it got loud.

Fantastic place to stay! We had come to do some mountain biking and Silvan Bike Park was just up the road. Gareth was very friendly and had great recommendations of trails. The place was very cosy, with good facilities and the perfect place to unwind. Would highly recommend :)

Very nice apartment. Was lovely and clean and it felt very welcoming. The heater was on when we arrived and to top it off, there were some treats for us too. Bed was comfy, slept like a log. Communication was easy, Ana responded immediately and was super helpful. Nice to have easy access to the beach as well. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend this place.

Très bel appartement rénové avec goût. Bien équipé. Je recommande ce logement. A noter toutefois : - dans une zone d’activités , - un étage à monter pour accéder au logement (les pièces sont délimitées par l’escalier ce qui peut surprendre au début), - tout petit réfrigérateur (sans congélateur).

Beautifully presented. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The noise of the tank pump did make us jump a few times but overall a very peaceful and home like stay.

Carolyn’s studio was perfect for our few days in Nelson. We loved the location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Nelson, with a view to the coastline. Everything we needed and more was provided - especially the outdoor BBQ which was super handy for cooking up a few dinners! A very cosy and private space. Thank you Carolyn for being such a friendly and welcoming host!

We loved our little stay at The Studio. Providing GFDF items in the pantry and fridge was very thoughtful and appreciated. The space was very clean, accurately described and spacious. Helen left us to do our own thing whilst also being available if we needed any suggestions on local amenities. We loved staying here!

Sally was there to welcome us as we drove up the drive. Clear instructions on how to get there. Showed us around the apartment on arrival. She was lovely and friendly. Apartment was immaculate, very clean and tidy. Bedrooms had ample space, even lavender pillow spray next to the bed which I thought was a nice touch. Spectacular views of Richmond/Stoke/Tahunanui. Highly recommended this accommodation.

Outstanding views of the water from sunrise to sunset. Jenny was very attentive as our host. The loft was very well equipped to meet all our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! Helen & her husband were very friendly & helpful! The location is peaceful with great views! We had a car which worked well & allowed us to explore this beautiful region. The house suited us perfectly & had everything we needed, along with helpful information regarding the home & region. We had a lovely 3 night stay at Marie & Andrew’s place. The spa was very new and had amazing views at night of the stars and also out to the coast. Apartment was very tidy and well equipped, nice comfy bed and they provided some baby items for our 5 month old and were very accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well. The area is very peaceful and private away from the main roads but close to Motueka for shops and restaurants. Marie & Andrew gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area and cafes etc which was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend this apartment. Thanks again for a great stay!

We found the Clifftop Retreat cabin suited our needs perfectly and Bob provided an excellent level of communication, service and local tips. He also ensured the pantry and wines were stocked with high quality local products. The accomodation was very good with comfortable bed, terrific functional kitchen and amazing clifftop views of the surrounding bay and local area. The location was perfect for our walking trips up into the Abel Tasman National Park and also fantastic local restaurants and wineries. Bob also organised a pick up from the airport for us as we arrived late at night. Overall a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend Clifftop Retreats very highly.

We have had the most amazing stay! The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos! View to die for from the enormous balcony, super comfortable beds, high end appliances & friendly accommodating hosts… we don’t want to leave!

Our stay at Holiday Nelson’s apartment was superb. We were met by Gabriel who was extremely friendly . She very efficiently showed us all that was necessary in regards to where to park , how to access the lovely heated pool and the facilities inside the apartment etc. The apartment was modern with everything you need for a very enjoyable comfortable stay. The outlook and location was great and the locals very friendly. We would definitely stay again if visiting Nelson.
