This space is sooooo chill! Lisa & Owen’s Pohutukawa Farm overlooking the sound… can’t beat it. Everything inside is spotless & QUALITY. As an Airbnb Super Host, I’m always impressed when I find new ideas or small little details to add to my listings, & this pad had me very inspired. 5 STARS everything. Beautiful hosts! we had the most perfect stay! the apartment was clean and spacious, very well decorated and equipped. the beds were super comfortable and linen was soft and clean. Jono and Rutu are fabulous and friendly hosts, they made sure we had everything wee needed for a wonderful stay. would highly recommend 👌

Beautifully presented. Very responsive and helpful hosts. The noise of the tank pump did make us jump a few times but overall a very peaceful and home like stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. There were other people on the property but far enough away it still felt like we had plenty of our own space. We were a little confused when we booked if it was two actual bedrooms or not, but it isn’t which we clarified before we came. If part of your group is happy on a bed in the lounge or in a tent next to the house then this is a good option for your holiday. There is a lovely covered outdoor area which is where we spent most of our time when home. The kitchen was well stocked with cook and bake ware and when we didn’t have the basic pantry items we needed, Shanti sorted that for us. We fed the chickens and enjoyed some lovely fresh eggs. Location worked well for us, close to Takaka. Walking distance to Pohara beach and short drive to other lovely beaches.

Beautiful spot near town with plenty of space for our family of 5. This backyard is amazingly peaceful and full of every kind of flower! Enjoying the yard was a highlight for us after a long drive. The house was very clean and comfortable! Great size for everyone to be able to spread out before packing back in the car.

We loved our 1 week stay for our summer holiday in Moteuka. We loved staying somewhere rural with beautiful views, but a quick 5 min drive to town. Yvette and Ross are such friendly hosts. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We all loved the pond area, warm enough to swim, paddleboard, or sit in our rings and relax in! The house was very clean and well presented. Comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Appreciated all the included things we could use in the kitchen/bathroom/laundry, makes a big difference not having to buy all of these extras. Wonderful big deck. The bedrooms did get hot at night for sleeping, fans were provided though and there is aircon in the living area. Smaller studio unit underneath the main house can be rented too if traveling with more people. Would highly recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you

amazing spot in paradise, tucked away with friendly neighbors. the view is also amazing . we were blessed with stunning weather which topped the trip off. highly recommend to anyone wanting a R&R reset
