The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

Alder Cove Cottage is a dog friendly rental that has everything a traveler needs to enjoy the Oregon Coast. The "kids" room converts into a two desk office for those looking for a work from home retreat. Beds or desks, not room for both. Living room is comfortable, kitchen made for family meals, new beds, games, beach gear, fire pit, two decks for crab cook outs and morning coffee. Our surf style cabin may be small, but the large windows with views of the bay, ocean and coastal forests allow for lots of light to flood the space. Just a short walk to the beach, shops and near some of Northern Oregon’s best surf breaks. Family-friendly cabin with EPIC views of both Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean! Cabin features private stairs/access to the beach. There is a path/trail from our home to the stairs down to beach. Cabin is nestled among the trees on the quaint Pearl Street in the small community of Netarts. Outdoor covered deck and lower lawn area perfect for family time. Private stairway to beach below with fire pit. Few minutes walk down the road to local restaurant/bars/stores. Bay watching home!

Hummingbird Cottage

Hummingbird Cottage is a vintage 1930's beach cottage. It has been our family retreat for 40 years and we now welcome you to make your own memories in one of the most scenic places on the Oregon coast! The cottage has 600 square feet with one bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a fold out couch. The living room has a view of Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern appliances. Coffee is provided for guests. Washer & dryer in cottage.
