The house runs 100% on solar power. It's great to relax on the big porch watching the tropical garden, with the tropical trade wind providing a cool breeze. The house is in transition to art house by night and has local & international art, light art by Norman and lighting controlled by home automation

The house is located in a charming small-scale resort with 24 hour security, close to the historic Otrobanda and Punda district with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Guest suite is attached to a private home that sits alone on top of a hill with 360 degree views. Private entrance with queen size bed, a/c, kitchenette, coffee maker and full private bath. Outdoor table for 2 to have coffee in the morning or an afternoon refreshing drink while watching the beautiful Senepol cows graze in the neighboring pasture. Mornings you can often see the cowboys riding in the distance checking the cattle. The ranch was featured on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern.
