I had a wonderful two week vacation with my wife and kids (9 & 11). We loved the apartment and the building had many great amenities. The kids loved the infinity pool and my wife enjoyed swimming laps at the indoor pool. There was never a crowd at the pool and we were often the only people on the private beach where my girls loved playing in the waves. Saint Martin is not known for good beach snorkeling but we were pleased to find one of the best places was right in front of us between our beach and Mullet beach.

The pictures of the condo unit were EXACTLY as they were advertised on this site. The Condo was in Excellent condition. They complex where the unit is located is a wonderful with location that is in the heart of the Cupecoy area of the island. The host was very accommodating and answered important questions prior to us booking. The service we received upon arrival was equally outstanding and responsive. The overall experience was Excellent. The combination of location, the complex, the unit and host all added up to be one of the best units we have rented on this platform, to date. I would 100% recommend this location and the unit to anyone who wants an amazing place to stay in St. Maarten. It is a perfectly located spot on the island. We'll be back for sure! Thanks

Alexandra was a great host. She communicated with us through the week, gave recommendations for where to eat, and hade a quick response time. The condo was beautiful. The 6th floor made for great views and the balcony faced the sunset. The island sure lived up to it's slogan as being the friendly island, as most everyone we passed no matter where we were gave us a smile and a greeting.

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

This is a great resort! It has a beautiful beach, several pools, a lazy river and is within walking distance to many great restaurants. The villa was clean and spacious. I would definitely go back!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. Plus the views were amazing. Julie was very responsive and flexible. Overall, we had a great experience at this condo.

Clean and spacious studio. Ground level patio conveniently puts you only steps away from the brand-new resort pools and grounds. Quick walk to the beautiful beach with plenty of palapas and beach chairs. Staff and other guests were all very nice. Kijana was an extremely nice and responsive host.

We had an amazing vacation in Aruba, our rental at DM3 was part of that experience. Meredith was great to deal with and responded quickly. Unit was spotless, excellent backyard with a shared pool and common area, as well as some private space. We rented a car to get around so location was not a factor for us as we enjoyed the driving adventures each day and night. Meredith provided beach chairs, cooler and towels which were a huge help. Nothing but positive to say about our experience. Thank you Meredith and David for hosting us we would love to visit again.

Zsofia was a great host. There was plenty of communication up from and throughout. The Cliff location is our favorite place to stay on the island. The accommodations are luxurious and the views are to die for. The pool is great and not crowded and the restaurant on site is delicious. Underground parking is a plus and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores helps too. Can't wait to stay the Cliff again next year!

Linda’s place is conveniently located being a short drive (or 15 minute walk) to Maho strip for restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is in a safe gated community with a beautiful pool and well equipped gym. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful and comfortable outdoor patio.

We had a great stay in Aruba. I was impressed by how the apartment was fully stocked with everything you could think of needing. Parking was right out front and the security was impeccable. The only downfall was there was no where to sit outside.

This location is excellent ..everything is near by ..the host is amazing ...thank you for everything its definitely worth it...I wiill be back again and again

Margie's condo was perfect. This was our first visit to Aruba, and we loved it. Great location, walk across the street to Eagle Beach!!!! Beach towels/chairs to use is a huge hit for us. Plenty of space. Kitchen is very well equipped. Comfortable beds, ... Highlights/Recommendations: -Eagle Beach, Eagle Beach, Eagle Beach -Spronk Catamaran - snorkeling, sailing, awesome -ABC Tours to Arikok, Natural Pool, Caves, we lucked out and got a private tour with Curt -Aloe Factory - worth a quick visit/tour -Restaurants - Faro Blanco at the Lighthouse (wow, go here if you can), Water's Edge (at Casa Linda), Bingos, Passions on the Beach (there can be an odor that wafts in there, which is too bad since it is delightful otherwise)

Paul is an amazing host. He was so helpful and always responded immediately. His place is in the perfect location at the most beautiful beach on the island. He had everything we needed in his unit. It was walkable to a bunch of wonderful restaurants and a fabulous grocery store nearby. Just a short 5 minute drive to the resort area on palm beach for snorkel boats or sunset cruises. Highly recommend you stay here in Aruba!

Sean’s residence exceeded my expectations and was everything I anticipated and more. The gated community is amazing with a beautiful pool, golf course, restaurant, pool bar, gym and spa services. Located near several beaches and the high-rise, it was extremely convenient yet quiet and private. His home is lovely, with ample room for our six family members. Sean is a proactive communicator and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Sean’s property. You will not be disappointed.

Nous avons séjourné du 22 au 31 octobre dans la maison "coast 130". Elle est très bien agencée, spacieuse et agréable à vivre. A noter toutefois, que les clims des chambres sont installées et ventilent sur les lits. De plus, la maison étant proche d'autres, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise en fin de séjour de subir jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit, les rires, des voix fortes et chahut de plusieurs personnes irrespectueuses qui occupaient la maison d'à côté. Victor, notre hôte, est intervenu rapidement à 2 reprises. Nous l'en remercions. Ce fut un séjour génial, nous recommandons fortement le complexe sécurisé et aménagé pour que l'on en profite au maximum. Nous aimerions revenir!

OUTSTANDING! This house was awesome, beautiful inside and out from coming in the front door to going out the back door to the beautiful pool and private back yard. Very comfortable beds and all around great surroundings. We are in our 60’s and even enjoyed playing basketball! Lucia was very very attentive to our needs and we really enjoyed our stay and how she took care of our needs. When we come back to Aruba we will definitely return to this house on Esmeralda…thank you for allowing us to visit!

The house was very spacious, clean, and was perfect for my family. There was a little blip with getting access to the house through the neighborhood gates but Lymari said that would be fixed for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this house to others. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful stay! Beautiful condo exactly as pictured! The view from the balcony is stunning! The rooms were clean, kitchen was efficient, we were able to cook simple meals during the stay. The pool is gorgeous! Overall felt very safe here, close to restaurants and grocery. Parking can be tricky some days if you come late, have to park in the neighboring garage, still ok. The beach right down is also v beautiful, close to Mullet bay beach also which is lovely! Communication was okay, needed exact address for Immigration, that we didn’t have but managed.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Nadine’s townhouse. It was very modern and had great parking right out front. It was a great location and we really enjoyed the rooftop area where we could cookout and eat at the big table while looking out at the ocean and watching the boats go by at sunset. We enjoyed the plunge pool and found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a nice meal. We also enjoyed having the place cleaned half way through our visit.

We spent 4 nights here for work and absolutely loved the view. I spent hours every day on the balcony in the very comfortable chairs. The kitchen could use some TLC with the appliances but nothing bad enough to deter a stay. The only odd part of the condo is that there is no general tv. The only TVs are in the bedrooms so you can’t watch together as a group. Other than that, we loved that it was quiet, had a beautiful pool, could walk to several restaurants, the grocery store, and the beach and that the AC actually kept it COLD. I recommend for any travelers looking for a place to stay with the comforts of a resort without the people. Thanks Emmanuel.
