Your family will be close to everything, shopping, restaurants, central to Lake Havasu, Grand Canyon Skywalk, Las Vegas and more. Lot is half acre with 20’ gate for trailer or RV parking. This house is ALL electric so no risk of carbon monoxide. We are working on fencing the entire property but have fenced a good portion to give our guest privacy.
