The Milk House Cottage is a great venue to just unwind. A favorite venue for a friend's getaway or special occasion.

This penthouse style apartment is situated on the Ohio River. A great place for a private getaway. From morning coffee in the sun room, to a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the water. You’re sure to experience a "GET-A-WAY" from it all feel. Enjoy a stroll to historic downtown New Martinsville. Nearby are restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. Our place has a relaxing, touch of class feel, from the “Tommy Bahama” style living room, to the “Greenbrier Resort” decor in the sun room!

Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.

Beautifully placed cabin in wild & wonderful West Virginia. Secluded in a field with wild life at every corner! This cabin was gutted and remodeled over the past four years. Chessie System Yellow Train Caboose & Amazing View

Completely remodeled C&O train caboose with a large deck and an amazing view looking over the Ohio river and West Virginia. A full size Murphy bed, original writing desk, the dining table is an old sleeper bed turned upside down and all the lights are original out of Pullman train cars No smoking inside the caboose. Walnut Cottage: an 1800s cabin & a 2020 cottage.

Walnut cottage is an excellent, newly renovated, place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Being located in rural farm and wooded land, there are many critters and insects, some so beautiful and interesting.
