Our Ranch House is an Original late 1800’s Dogtrot House that has been restored and relocated from New Ulm, Texas to our panoramic landscape. A large front porch allows you to enjoy the sunsets and the expansive rear porch overlooks the 15 acre Big Pond and the Mill Creek valley below. Fishing, Hiking & Horseback Riding Available.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Houston or Austin, and a great base camp to hit up Round Top weekends and/or all that Austin County has to offer. And in the springtime, come stay amongst the bluebonnets. They cannot be beat!

Nestled in the pecan grove of a 65-acre retired horse ranch, there is ample space to walk run or just sit and take it all in. We are about 15 minutes from Round Top and Fayetteville, giving access to dining and antique/art shopping! Also New Ulm (ten miles) Brenham and Bellville within 20 miles and not far from La Grange.

The KO Guest Haus is a lovely two bedroom, one bath country home located in the countryside of Frelsburg, Texas, about 10 minutes from The Vine wedding venue and 20 minutes from the Warrenton/Round Top area--antique mecca! The home is located on acreage out in the country, so there is plenty of room for trucks, trailers, etc., for antique shoppers. It’s a quiet and peaceful setting and a great place to unwind after a busy day of shopping or whatever brings you to this area.

Dos Arbolitos Cottage

Relax and recharge at this unique and tranquil getaway. This well appointed cottage is tucked away on our park-like ranch in beautiful New Ulm Texas. Enjoy the star filled sky at night, or watch birds, deer, and grazing horses by day. A wall of windows overlooks the garden and orchard. Hike our well manicured trails throughout the wooded property. Bring your rod and reel and throw a line into the stocked pond from the fishing pier. Or sit at the fire pit at the water's edge.

Holland House

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Shops and dining are within walking distance. Rock the Country is just 1.4 miles and a short drive.
