Fireweed at Yurtopia in Port Rexton

Welcome to our yurt-The Fireweed. Nestled in beautiful Port Rexton, our yurt puts you close to nature, much like a tent, but with a more comfortable stay and an amazing view of the night sky through the toono! We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Ocean Breeze Cottage w/ hot tub

Enjoy a relaxing stay at Ocean Breeze Cottage. Our peaceful 2 bedroom cottage is located in Wiseman's Cove, just 20 minutes from Twillingate. Take in a boat tour, view a museum or trek on one of the numerous hiking trails in the area. Then spend the evening soaking in the hot tub located right on the oceans edge. The cottage is equipped with WIFI, flat screen TVs, air conditioning and more. A great location for you to discover Twillingate-New World Island. We look forward to hosting you!

A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
